SMB - Assistant Vice President

Job Summary:

Assistant Vice President will have key customer service focus, strong written & verbal communication, ability to create & operate matrix structures, process oriented, problem solving, people management, teamwork & proven track-record in managing large number of staff with multiple complex processes. Reports to Head of Operations of the company.

Scope of Work:

  • Develop, assess, and implement financial objectives and operational policy.
  • Leading and delivering complex client engagements that help identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for our clients.
  • Ensuring that all Operations are managed as per clients’ requirements & Statutory Compliances.
  • Introduce Process improvement with clear focus on Automation & Productivity.
  • Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables.
  • manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Ability to develop scalable processes from scratch/ Proven track record of developing and implementing best practice processes to increase efficiency.
  • Lead, delegate and effectively manage large teams.
  • Possession of key competencies including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making.
  • In charge of the department’s attrition and adherence management, therefore they support the reporting Leadership team by offering assistance for client’s escalations well as for employee’s concerns.
  • Increasing the systems, procedures, and best practices for operational management that ensure the health of the organization.
  • Meets the Operations team financial KRAs of Per FTE Revenue & Gross Profit Margins.
  • Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the market.
  • Work alongside cross functional teams
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Handson experience to Overseas Accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero etc
  • Perform monthly review of the Financial Statements made across for all the clients.

Competence Requirements:

  • Graduation or Post Graduation or Chartered Accountant
  • 15+ Years of work experience out of which 5 years should be in a leadership position with a large organization in a similar operations role.
  • Managing the team size of 250+ team members
  • Multi-location & Industries operations experience will be an added advantage.
