Process Trainer (US Accounting) - Team Leader / Manager

Purpose:

To elevate the team's capabilities in foundational bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and US GAAP compliance. This role focuses on transforming raw accounting knowledge into floor-ready operational excellence.

Key Skill Set:

  • Core Domain Expertise:Deep understanding of US GAAP, accrual accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable workflows, and month-end closing processes.
  • Accounting Platforms:Proficiency in teaching and navigating cloud accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite – alike software).
  • Process Mapping:Ability to train team members on reading general ledgers and identifying accounting anomalies.
