Deputy Manager – Operation Training

Introduction:

As a Deputy Manager, Training for Front Office QuickBooks Live, you will play a key role in building and sustaining a high-performing Expert workforce through effective training and development of capability. You will design, deliver, and continuously enhance training programs that equip QuickBooks Live Experts with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide accurate, high-quality live bookkeeping support. By leveraging modern tools, learning analytics, and feedback from quality and operations, you will identify skill gaps, reinforce best practices, and support ongoing upskilling. This role requires agility, strong collaboration, and a passion for learning, enabling Experts to adapt to evolving processes while consistently delivering world-class client experiences.

Desired Skills:

  • More than 5 years’ experience working on a similar capacity in US Accounting (preferably in small & mid-size businesses).
  • Sound knowledge of US GAAP & Compliances.
  • Potential to take more responsibility than the regular job.
  • Good communication written & verbal
  • Decent analytical & presentation Skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Job Description:

  • Facilitate training for new recruits.
  • Delivers enhancement, new product, recurring, and refresher training.
  • Conducts training for Intuit products and offers, both internally and for Intuit.
  • Partners with Intuit to update and improve training content.
  • Manages training reports and related documentation.
  • Collects and reviews feedback on training effectiveness.
  • Performs additional training-related duties as mutually agreed upon.

Qualification:

  • B. Com, M.com, Inter CA, CA, CPA, ACCA

Language Proficiency (If Any):

  • English - “B2” language proficiency level or higher

Required Certifications (If Any):

  • No mandatory

Computer Proficiency & specifications:

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online accounting software (mandatory)
  • Well versed with the different communication applications & workflow portals
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
