B.Tech, MCA, BCA (Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies,microsoft applications/ tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio),Project Cordination)

Experience
2 to 3Yrs of experience required

Scope of Work

  • Assist the PM in making sure all the defined processes are followed properly
  • Assisting PM in all the administrative tasks
  • Process breaches are to be highlighted to PM on timely basis
  • Identify and share challenges faced by team in following the defined process with PM
  • Keep on updating/ reminding team and team leads for their upcoming deadlines
  • Assist PM in facilitating all the defined agile ceremonies and make sure all the ceremonies are conducted on timely basis
  • Helping PM by observing & sharing the gaps/potential problems identified and discuss with PM as and when needed for next actions
  • Making sure the team is completing their work as per the defined TATs
  • Process Trainings to existing team members (if they have any concerns) and New Joiners to make them aware
  • Helping PM in order to provide timely and accurate resolution by coming up with the solution for critical issues faced by team members/ major roadblocks removal
  • Proactively works with all team members as needed to resolve their issues and meeting project deliveries
  • Creates and manages Minutes of Meeting and make sure team is completing the action items on timely basis
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

A. Competence Requirements

  • Min. 2 years Exp. In Project Coordination
  • Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies
  • Hands on experience in microsoft applications/ tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Must have good communication skills must
  • Should have good interpersonal skills
  • Liaison with multiple stakeholders and act as a bridge between them
  • Must have good analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Should be a team player and have a good team & time-management skills
  • Must have multitasking skills
  • Should be more attentive to details even in pressure
  • B.Tech/ BE graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology
  • Enthusiastic and ready to take initiatives
  • Agile Scrum knowledge is an advantage
