Work Responsibilities:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
- Managing Annual Mainteance contracts
- Managing Vendors
- Managing MIS
- Managing – Housekeeping, Securities and other services
Desired Skills:
- Good Communication written and oral
- Experience in Admin from Service sector Industry.
- Good Knwodlge of M S office
- Team management experience
- Should be able to define admin policy and should be able to drive
- Should be able to manage New Office projects.
- Good negotiation skills
