Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact clients and businesses by telephone to promote our services.
- Should be quite a client friendly and should be able to persuade the clients.
- Scheduling meeting and fixing appointments
- Adjust a well-tailored sales pitch and deliver it efficiently to the customers.
- Must understand what client responds and accordingly provide a relevant solution to them in a short span of time over the phone
- Candidate must be good at explaining the services which he/she would be selling.
- The candidate is expected to possess excellent written and spoken English skills should be able to write situational emails depending on their conversation with the client.
- Keep a record of each and every personal detail of the customer in their system and should also maintain all the conversations made over a telephone for future references.
- The main objective of a telemarketer is to promote the growth of the business by generating leads from the company's client-base via various strategies like Cold calls, Emails, LinkedIn
- Be proficient in research and be able to do data generation.
- Goal-Oriented, Self-Motivated, Passionate Learner and should have an objective to enhance his/her skills to grow.

- Should be very good with communication skills as the job mainly focusses on business growth over a telephonic conversation.
- Should have a good understanding of tonality while communicating
- Should be very persistent and result oriented.
- Proven track record of fulfilling sales targets.
- Candidate should also be well versed with the CRM tool which could be an added advantage over other applicants.
- Should have the willingness to learn and research on the market trends.
- Should be quite patient and be adaptive to any stressful environment.

- Require excellent time management skills to meet aggressive goals and objectives
- Well conversant in Verbal and Written English Conversation
