Eligibility
C.A (Good communication. Team management Skills Reviewer cum Preparer for Audit related documentation and finalization under US GAAP,GAAS and PACOB standards.Software knowledge Such as CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and Knowledge Coach,Voyager, IDEA. )

Experience
6 to 8 Yrs of experience required

  • Will be working remotely on behalf of US based Audit Firm for audit and finalization of clients mainly of non profit, SME and government companies, any clients from various other industries like real estate etc.
  • will be responsible for financial statement audits of companies who prepare financial statements in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
  • Will audit consolidated financial statements prepared under US GAAP.
  • Will be responsible for the preparation of the audit file for Partner review , and assisting in the presentation of the Audit findings to the Management or Board of Directors.
  • Will be the driver seat of his own responsibility, flexibility, and development.
  • Will be required to work in the capacity of individual contributor as well as leader for this position.
  • Will share his expertise and experience actively by teaching, coaching and mentoring other team members working under him.
  • 5-7 years demonstrable experience in a similar role at a Big 4 or an International Second Tier firm. Furthermore, should be technically extremely strong with an excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
  • US CPA qualification – preferred not mandatory if has experience in above
  • Should have experience in managing a large multi-location audit and is very effective in his day to day management of audit activities.
  • Should have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills, which includes the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Should have team handling experience of 5 or more FTE,this is preferred not mandatory.
  • Should have a positive «can do» attitude to challenges and the agility to multitask effectively across competing priorities.
